Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyFolioVision's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

MyFolioVision provides custom portfolio website design, development, and hosting services. Our services include:

• Custom portfolio design and development
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Technical support
• Content updates as specified in your package

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is structured as follows:

• A one-time build fee based on your selected package (Starter, Enhanced, or Enterprise)
• A monthly maintenance fee of $19.99/month, billed on a recurring basis
• 50% deposit required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before site launch
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all content and final design of your portfolio. MyFolioVision retains the right to showcase your completed portfolio in our portfolio examples and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise.

5. Revisions and Changes

Unlimited revisions are included during the initial build phase. After launch, up to 2 small updates per month are included in your monthly maintenance fee. Major redesigns or structural changes may incur additional fees and will be quoted separately.

6. Hosting and Cancellation

Hosting terms:

• You may cancel hosting at any time with no penalties
• Your site will remain live until the end of your current billing period
• Upon request, we will provide all site files for self-hosting
• No refunds for partial months of hosting

7. Limitation of Liability

MyFolioVision strives for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Provide content that you have the rights to use

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
